Pre-Sales Representative

We’re on the hunt for a Pre-Sales Representative who will be at the forefront of our company. He/she will be responsible for identifying new business leads and scheduling meetings with them, in hopes of creating a steady stream of prospective client opportunities for our team of Sales Managers.

This role requires a high number of outbound warm and cold calls/emails on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collectively.

The position offers career advancement within the Sales organization based on success.

  • Identify prospective clients of all shapes and sizes in need of new digital solutions (websites, mobile apps, software) or an upgrade of their existing ones.
  • Nurture these leads and arrange business meetings with them.
  • Craft solid proposals that effectively articulate Norse’s technical and creative capabilities, as well as design thinking process.
  • Manage and track your lead generation efforts across multiple channels.


  • 1+ year(s) of prior experience in sales, cold calling, and/or account management — preferably in the field of technology.
  • A competitive mindset and the natural ability to execute flawlessly and manage sales prospecting in an organized and structured way.
  • The ability to work as a complete team player within a Sales team of five.
  • Top-notch communication skills at every level — within team and with clients.
  • Impeccable language skills in both Norwegian and English — spoken and written — and proven ability to write solid proposals and send effective emails.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Hubspot is a plus.
